I was looking for a freemover stay through Uniclub and I got some of the best service I have experienced. They took care of all the practicalities, and removed almost all the hassle of work it can be to apply for an exchange stay.

Uniclub and Deni Isic, get my absolute warmest recommendation! I had a dream of coming to Japan that seemed distant and unmanageable, but Deni and the rest of Uniclub have helped me through the whole process.

I have just returned from my exchange stay in Ireland, which would not have been possible if it were not for Uniclub. If you are looking for an exchange as a freemover, then I can not recommend UniClub enough!

About uniclub
Say goodbye to old fashioned letters, stamps and ink-based signatures. We created a digital study abroad agency by students, for students.
Study abroad done right. It should be fast, somewhat fun, but mostly clear to understand. We know it's tempting to just throw the papers in the air and stress out. So how about this:
There are no physical documents in our applications. Signatures are online. Our advisors are super nice and friendly. Over 96% of all applicants get accepted. Also, not to brag but our unique destinations are truly amazing.
For those looking for a destination that offers mile-long coastline, sunny climate, student-friendly living expenses, delicate food culture, cultural diversity and quality and prestigious teaching, you've hit the jackpot. Enjoy all that, and more, in the most underrated city of Turkey, Izmir. Although Izmir is known as a business hotspot, the city is also known for its laid-back atmosphere and modern surroundings.
Sydney is home to must-visit icons like the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, but this Harbour City is constantly evolving. New rooftop bars, theatre shows and designer shops pop up at every turn, and the urban excitement is perfectly balanced by afternoons spent lying on the sand. Plus, with diverse destinations at its doorstep, Sydney is the ideal student destination.
Just 90 minutes from the ever-vibrating Tokyo, you'll find the smaller student city, Kofu. The city is known for being located at Japan's best-known UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mount Fuji. In addition to the eternally beautiful view of the country's highest mountain, which for many has provided hiking memories for life, Kofu is known to be Japan's center of wine production. If you want to switch up beautiful nature with big city life, a train ride will take you to the world's liveliest capital.

Is it free to get help from Uniclub?
Yes, Uniclub is and will remain 100% free for students. Our services are financed by our partner universities, as compensation for being an official representative of the universities.
What is the difference between exchange and study abroad?
The reason why the application through your educational institution costs nothing is the exchange agreement which ensures that a foreign student will come in your place while you are away. At Uniclub, you are not limited by the number of places under an exchange agreement, and the strict evaluation of grades that you will normally be exposed to when applying through your educational institution. Furthermore, as an applicant through Uniclub, you have a much more flexible application deadline, which gives you more time to consider and plan. In addition to Uniclub being 100% free and digital, we invest a huge amount of time and resources in ensuring that your study stay and the the application process before will be pleasant and successful from start to finish. These are resources that few international offices at educational institutions can offer.
What is the chance of admission to Study Abroad?
We have carefully selected our partner universities so that you are highly likely to be admitted if you meet the criteria. However, we always make sure to cooperate with universities that are both fast, efficient and quality-conscious, so that our applicants do not have to wait a long time for a response to admission, and thus risk missing out on a stay abroad.
Can you get Scholarships for a Study Abroad?
Yes, and it is highly recommended to apply. To make it easy for you, you can use our guide. We will send you an example of a good grant application and our template for the budget preparation right when you have applied.
Do I have to pay the tuition fees myself?
Yes, but depending on your home country and personal scholarship profile, you can get part or all of your tuition fees abroad covered. Citizens from Denmark, Norway and Sweden are likely to have most, or all tuition fees covered by national grants. The specific rate depends on your home country, what you study and where you want to study. Each individual person has a different profile and you can contact us to get an accurate estimate.
How do I apply?
Each university has its own page on our website under “destinations”. Simply click on your dream university and under the application field press the "Apply" button. From here, you simply fill in the application and submit your application digitally. If all documents are ready, it only takes a few minutes. You will then be assigned a personal advisor.
It is completely free and without obligation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your application at any time during our application process. Once you have paid tuition fees, it is the University's own refund rules that apply and you can find those at the respective University's terms and conditions. Don't hesitate to ask us if you are in doubt.
What is a 'Learning Agreement'?
A learning agreement can be seen as a signed contract between you, your educational institution and your host university regarding the subjects you take. Its purpose is to prove that you will get your ECTS credits approved and transferred for the listed subjects if you pass them abroad.
That's probably the hardest part. Are you looking for something specific, within your budget or a prestigious university that suits your field of interest? It's your choice.
