Wolverhampton is known as a true culture hub. It is mainly the temples of various faiths and the massive theatre of the city with space for over 1200 people that provides a multicultural and urban vibe.

Wolverhampton has around 1 million visitors every year due to its friendly people and countless of cultural activities. For the shopping-lovers and foodies, there are over 600 shops, bars, restaurants and cafes to enjoy. You can easily spend several hours in Wolverhamptons with its two large shopping centres and their indoor and outdoor markets with everything from handmade souvenirs to delicate food.

Something you absolutely must experience during your stay in Wolverhampton, is a Premier League match with the local professional football team, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. Home games at Molineux Stadium are known for its vibrant atmosphere, which is something you can feel in the city when the team plays its matches on the absolute top football scene.

You also have good options for a weekend getaway as the metropolitan Birmingham is just 30 minutes away while Manchester is 1.5 hour away and just 3 hours from London.

You can choose the University of Wolverhampton's own dormitories at the City Campus, where they offer the City Standard which is a shared student accommodation while the En-Suite option is for those who want their own student accommodation.

Rooms in the "City Standard" shared accommodations are fully furnished while the sharing kitchens and bathrooms are spacious and come with all the necessary utensils. In addition, there are common areas to socialize with the fellow resident students, where you dont have to think about cleaning as they have dedicated staff to free up student for this chore.

There is a shared laundry room available to all students at the dormitory. Your security at the dormitory is prioritized 24 hours a day with a permanent security team that makes sure everything is as it should be. In addition, free shuttle buses have been arranged to take you to the various campuses as long as you have your student ID with you.

Walsall Campus

The University of Wolverhampton's own dormitories at the Walsall Campus offers you your very own En-suite student accommodation with your own bathroom.

The accommodations are fully furnished while the shared kitchen is spacious and comes with all the necessary utensils. In addition, there are common areas to socialize with the resident fellow students, where staff will take care of the cleaning.

Unite Students is a credible student housing platform where Heantun Point is a particularly popular option for students in Wolverhampton.
